Ugh. I bought Neostrata's Anti Dark Circle Complex a few months ago in hopes it would help with my dark under eye circles. After trying it for a few weeks I gave up and threw it out. It is nothing like the previous Neostrata versions of this product - it burned the skin under my eyes for 10 min after I applied it AND it dried my skin out like crepe paper WITHOUT ever lightening my dark circles. Boo.
